Water slides can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. However, grass is the preferred surface for safety reasons. If setting up on concrete, company may provide additional padding underneath the slide.

We require a deposit to secure your reservation. The amount is Half or 50% of the Cost of the water slide. The deposit is usually refundable if you cancel within a certain timeframe (often 48-72 hours prior to the event).
We have a weather cancellation policy. If there is inclement weather such as heavy rain or lightning, you can usually reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit.
We take care of the cleaning. Please check for socks, shoes, phones, and personal belongings before our team arrives for pickup. We are not responsible for items left behind.
We Offer water slides that are safe for both kids and adults. Make sure to confirm weight and height limits to ensure they are suitable for all guests.
Setup typically takes about 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the water slide. Teardown and packing up may take another 30 minutes. These times are not included in our rental period.
